The past month or so since the NFL regular season, the entire league has been paying attention to the Antonio Brown saga. The last week of the season, Brown didn't attend any practices. Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin then benched him in the final game of the season. This allowed the Cleveland Browns to top the Steelers and shut down their chances at making the playoffs.

He's also been dealing with some trouble with the law. Brown allegedly pushed the mother of his child after she wouldn't leave his private property in Florida. The police were called, and an official report was made.

Over the past few weeks, Brown has made it clear that he would like to be traded away from the team. The feeling seems to be mutual, but the team hasn't gotten the offers they would like

Per ESPN sources, the Steelers owner Art Rooney II is scheduled to meet with Brown in person. The meeting will take place next week. They'll likely discuss his future with the team and to see if they can repair their relationship.

Last season, he caught 104 passes for 1,297 yards and 15 touchdowns. For his career, Brown has had six straight seasons with at least 1,000 receiving yards and 100 receptions. He’s still effective even at age 30, and elite wideouts keep going through his late 30s.
