Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger didn't shy away from addressing his shortcomings on the field which led to the team's recent fall from grace. The six-time Pro Bowler took the blame and even likened the quality of his play to an uncanny comparison, per ESPN‘s Brooke Pryor.

After a streaking 11-0 start to begin the 2020 NFL season, the Steelers were stunned by the Washington Football Team on a 23-17 outcome back in Week 13. Roethlisberger threw inefficiently in the loss as he went for 305 yards on 33-of-53 passes completed along with two scoring touchdowns.
The Steelers didn't have much room for error in the following week as they faced the surging Buffalo Bills. The veteran playmaker had another tough outing under center where he was limited to 187 passing yards on a 21/37 passing clip and two touchdowns en route to a 26-15 defeat.
Perhaps their most shocking loss of the year came at the hands of the Cincinnati Bengals squad that is being led by a quarterback not named Joe Burrow. Again, Roethlisberger showed out with a meager output of 170 yards on a 20-of-38 passing completion to go with a touchdown for a critical 27-17 defeat in Week 15.
With an 11-3 tally, the Steelers are only one game ahead of the Cleveland Browns who are threatening to take over the AFC North with a 10-4 record. Ben Roethlisberger will have another shot to get things back on track as the Steelers face a tough assignment in the Indianapolis Colts for Week 16 action.
