It seems like most years Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger takes a lot of hits in the pocket and he always is banged up.
According to Pro Football Focus, Roethlisberger led the league last year in the percentage of clean dropbacks last year coming in at 75.9 percent. Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Joe Flacco, and Baker Mayfield rounded out the rest of the list.

It's a credit to Roethlisberger because he is getting the ball out quickly but more importantly, is a credit to the guys up front who are blocking for him.
This stat is going to be more important for the years that Roethlisberger has left because as he gets older he can't take as many hits as he once could. The future Hall of Fame quarterback told Art Rooney II that he would like to play for at three more years according to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated.
Roethlisberger has also seemed to get better with age. Last year he led the league in pass attempts, completions, and passing yards which also happened to be career highs. His game hasn't really taken a step back and it seems that the only thing that could derail him at this point is an injury.
If the team can keep him upright on all the dropbacks there is a good chance that he won't get injured, and the Steelers can make it back to the playoffs. Last season they finished 9-6-1 but missed the playoffs and the Baltimore Ravens were the team that represented the AFC North.
