Pittsburgh Steelers' quarterback Ben Roethlisberger displayed what it meant to be a true leader. There was quite the skepticism of whether or not the veteran was vaccinated after the previous fiasco with Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers had just occurred. However, it was actually confirmed that Roethlisberger was vaccinated, and that he also went out of his way to get tested on the morning he wasn't feeling well. This most likely prevented the spread of the vaccine to others, and aided the team in general, as they were alerted very quickly. According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports:

With Roethlisberger testing positive for COVID-19, the Steelers will face the Detroit Lions without their star quarterback. It will be up to back-up Mason Rudolph to keep the team's four game winning streak alive. After a tough start to the season, Pittsburgh is on the verge of changing their possible playoff fortunes, but a victory against the winless Lions is extremely crucial to the team's current momentum.

Former third-round pick Mason Rudolph should get the job done, as he has displayed positive performances in the past. During the 2019 season, Rudolph went 5-3 when Roethlisberger was out with an elbow injury. His experience playing with most of the team's offense will be valuable, as it should be somewhat of a seamless transition. The quarterback has had time to play with receivers James Washington and Diontae Johnson in the past as well.

The team should look to get a victory for Big Ben as he is under COVID-19 protocols, but displayed tremendous leadership by owning up to his symptoms.
