Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has come under fire for his questionable leadership skills, given his tendency to publicly call out teammates on his weekly radio show.

He has also taken some blame for the dysfunction inside the Steelers' locker room in general.

Add Fox Sports talk-show host Jason Whitlock to the herd of people who have criticized Roethlisberger's ability to lead a team.

Whitlock cites Roethlisberger's actions as a central reason as to why Antonio Brown has asked out of Pittsburgh and will almost certainly be granted a trade this offseason.

Brown's relationship with the Steelers has been shaky for quite some time, but it completely deteriorated in the week leading up to Pittsburgh's season finale. Reportedly, Brown got into a heated dispute with Roethlisberger that apparently ended in him throwing a football at the quarterback. Brown then refused to practice, complained of knee pain but refused to go for an MRI and then went AWOL on the team before being consequently benched by head coach Mike Tomlin for the Steelers' Week 17 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Since then, some have criticized both Brown and Roethlisberger, mentioning Brown's volatility and immaturity while also bringing up the fact that Big Ben is not exactly the greatest locker room guy.

Brown and Roethlisberger have been teammates ever since Brown entered the league in 2010 and have developed into one of the best quarterback-receiver tandems this league has ever seen.

However, it does not look like we will ever get to see Roethlisberger throwing the football to Brown ever again.
