Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster had an interesting Twitter reaction to former teammate Antonio Brown being traded to the Oakland Raiders.

After plenty of speculation surrounding Brown's future with the franchise, his request for a trade put things in motion for him to be dealt, and it was the Raiders that ultimately landed him after he balked at joining the Buffalo Bills.

Of course, that now leaves Smith-Schuster as the primary target in the Steelers' passing attack, and he's certainly capable of leading the charge.

And he hinted at this in his newest tweet, which also seemed to have a subtle response for Brown and his new team.

Obviously, this is a photo from a recent Steelers game against the Raiders at Oakland Coliseum, with Brown looking on in the background while Smith-Schuster makes a spectacular play.

You've got to appreciate Smith-Schuster's response here, as it's clear that he is ready to welcome his role as the leading man in the offense.

The dynamic will be a little different without Brown on the field, but there's no doubt that Smith-Schuster has the talent to expand his game even further.

Perhaps the biggest development in all of this is that the Steelers can turn their focus to other matters as they try to return to the playoffs next season.
