The holdout is over for Le'Veon Bell.

Bell was spotted arriving in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ facility on Friday, as reported by the NFL Network’s Aditi Kinkhabwala. Upon arrival, Bell underwent a physical and upon passing it, left the location.

While it has yet to be determined whether Bell has inked the tender the Steelers have for him, it is assumed that Bell will ultimately sign it, as he’s set to rejoin the Steelers for practice this coming Monday added Kinkhabwala.

It could be recalled that the Steelers applied the franchise tag on Bell back in February. Bell feels that he’s worth more than what Pittsburgh has in store for him, thus the holdout. That said, his appearance in Pittsburgh yesterday suggests that any talks for a contract upgrade have failed and that the only course of action left for Bell is to accept what he has on the table, and play it out next season, hoping he’ll hit pay dirt next year, when he becomes a free agent again.

Despite being suspended for the first four games of last season, Bell was able to rack up a total of 1,268 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns. He was also a big threat downfield in 2016, catching 45 passes for 399 receiving yards.

With Bell expected to be back, the Steelers’ offense is poised to continue the havoc it wreaked on the field last season when the team ranked sixth in the NFL in total offense with 372.9 yards per contest.
