The Pittsburgh Steelers have an extremely tough task ahead of them on Sunday night in the Wild Card Round against the Kansas City Chiefs. Mike Tomlin's squad will need all of their weapons available in order to even have a chance at pulling off the upset.

Thankfully, the Steelers have received a major boost for the contest as rookie running back Najee Harris was activated off the Injured Reserve on Saturday, paving his way to play in this do-or-die matchup.

Via ESPN's Adam Schefter:

Harris injured his elbow in Pittsburgh's 16-13 overtime win vs. Baltimore in Week 18 and the injury has been lingering all week at practice. He was initially listed as questionable, but that changed on Saturday.

The Steelers will be very pleased to have one of their most impactful players in the mix here. Harris is lighting it up in Year One, rushing for 1,200 yards on 307 touches. He also has seven rushing touchdowns and another three in the air.

Harris had a very solid game in the Steelers' last meeting with the Chiefs in Week 16, despite the 36-10 loss. The ex-Alabama standout ran for 93 yards on 19 carries. Pittsburgh will be confident heading into this underdog game though after winning two straight to end the 2021 season. Let's hope Najee Harris can have another big performance and help the Steelers give Kansas City a run for their money.
