The Pittsburgh Steelers managed to make a statement with their win over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7. However, it appears linebacker Ryan Shazier wanted to erase any doubts about which team runs the AFC North.
Bengals cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick feels that the Bengals are still the best team in the division despite the loss. Shazier responded with a post on Twitter.

The numbers tell the story of what happened in Week 7. Pittsburgh outplayed Cincinnati in nearly every facet of the game. The result was not much of a surprise considering the recent track record between these two teams.
The Steelers and the Bengals boast one of the more notable rivalries in today's NFL. Their matchups usually contain plenty of hard hits with some slightly dirty tactics every now and again. However, they always usually end up in Pittsburgh's favor. Sunday's showdown was just the latest example.
Although the Steelers put up the better overall numbers, the Bengals were still in a position to potentially win the game. However, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger masterfully put together a game-winning drive in the final seconds that ended with a touchdown to wide receiver Antonio Brown. It is clear that they still have the upper hand when it comes to those clutch situations.
Despite their recent dominance over Cincinnati, the Bengals still hold the lead in the division thanks to their tiebreaker over the Baltimore Ravens. However, that could very well change if they do not find a way to get back into the win column. Both the Steelers and the Ravens are right on their heels moving forward.
