The Pittsburgh Steelers have gotten another unfortunate blow as they have placed start linebacker T.J. Watt on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Things just don't seem to be going right for the Steelers, they have not played great football recently and just got another tough loss with Watt. Their playoff chances are getting lower and lower by the day as they are 5-5-1 on the season and are in last place of the AFC North.

They're currently on a three-game skid. They have lost to the Cincinnati Bengals 41-10, the Los Angeles Chargers 41-7, and the Steelers also tied the winless Detroit Lions, 16-16. The Steelers defense has been playing horrible football recently as they have allowed 41 points in each of their last two games. Losing arguably the best defensive player in the NFL in T.J. Watt, certainly will not help the Steelers' defensive struggles.

There is still a chance that the Steelers could make the playoffs but it's going to take a lot from them. Their schedule coming up does not favor them as they're taking on the Baltimore Ravens twice, the Tennessee Titans, and the Kansas City Chiefs.

If they want to make the playoffs they're going to need to step up defensively as that is the reason why they have lost the past two ball games. The dynasty that Pittsburgh has built for the past decade looks like it's going to be coming to an end sometime soon. Ben Roethlisberger and others have not been the answer for this Steelers organization.
