Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt had a season to remember in 2018, as he finished with a team-best 13.0 sacks. Defensive end Cameron Heyward was next best on the team with 8.0 sacks, so it's clear Watt was on a different level this season.

During a recent interview with Steelers reporter Missi Matthews, Watt seemed to be feeling pretty good about the success he had in 2018.

“I’m more motivated than ever,” said Watt, who led the Steelers with 13.0 sacks last season. “If I could, I’d work out right now, but I know it’s not the best thing for me. It really isn’t. It doesn’t make sense at all. But I’m so hungry to bring what this city deserves next year.”

Watt was a menace for opposing offensive lineman and developed quite a repertoire of moves to make himself lethal off the line. The spin move must be a family trait, as T.J.'s brother J.J. has haunted opposing quarterbacks with it for close to a decade now.

The Steelers struck major gold in the 2017 draft, as Watt has made his presence known every step of the way after entering the league last season. The 13.0 sacks Watt accounted for this season appear to be just the beginning for the young linebacker. Watt had seven sacks in his rookie season and provided a fantastic boost to the Steelers defense. If Pittsburgh can acquire some play-makers in the secondary, it would be a great complement to the strength of the front seven.
