The NFL has only one undefeated team left and going into the final quarter, all signs pointed to that ending against the Dallas Cowboys. After three quarters, the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers and Eric Ebron were down by 10 against their 2-6 opponent.

The Cowboys started Garret Gilbert at QB in their week 9 matchup against the Steelers. It was his first ever career start in the NFL. Going into the fourth quarter, this game had Steelers fans in disbelief.

‘This can't be the team that foils our undefeated season!'

Luckily, the football gods came back to their senses and the Steelers rallied off fifteen straight points to take a late game lead against the Cowboys.

Eric Ebron gave Pittsburgh the lead with 2:15 left in the game with a beautiful hurdle over the defender to get into the end zone. It ended up being the game winning drive, and the Steelers beat the Cowboys, 24-19.

The Steelers have looked shaky against the Cowboys, so even if they come out of this game with a win, there are plenty of things that need to be addressed.

The Steelers run game was completely non-existent, with James Conner as their leading rusher with 22 yards on the ground.

Their league best defence also showed signs of weakness, allowing nineteen points to a struggling Cowboys team that has scored only 22 points combined in their last three weeks. They had only one takeaway and two sacks against a quarterback that has never started a game in the NFL ever before.

Ebron may have saved their undefeated season, but the Steelers have much worse things to worry about.
