Thanks to some serious effort from wide receiver James Washington, the Pittsburgh Steelers currently lead the New York Giants at halftime on Monday Night Football. With the Steelers trailing for most of the first half of their Week 1 clash in East Rutherford, Washington's late touchdown reception gave the heralded AFC North franchise a narrow 16-10 lead over the Giants.

Veteran Ben Roethlisberger found Washington just shy of the end zone with less than 10 seconds left in the second quarter while the up-and-coming wide out did the rest as time almost expired.

“Big Ben” seems to once again be fully healthy, something that will bode extremely well for the Steelers in offense as the team struggled mightily just a season ago. With the tandem of Washington and fellow Steelers pass catcher JuJu Smith-Schuster leading the way, the Steelers can make some noise in the AFC North division this time around — if everyone can stay healthy throughout 2020, that is.
