Stefon Diggs is one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. He broke records in his first season with the Buffalo Bills. Diggs went for 1535 yards on 127 catches. He is an excellent deep route runner with excellent great hands and athleticism. He thrived next to Josh Allen, who likely has the biggest arm in the NFL.

However, the Bills GM Brandon Beane likes to make jokes at the expense of Diggs. When he was asked about not having a fourth-round pick this season, he responded by saying “I’m finally done paying for Stefon Diggs. Glad it’s over,” per Jeff Kerr of CBS.

In response, the always giddy Diggs responded with this tweet.

Diggs was elite during his time with the Minnesota Vikings, but the ending was rough. There was a lot of tension between Diggs and the front office and it ended up becoming an unsalvageable situation. The Vikings ended up trading Diggs to the Bills and the Vikings lost one of the best wide receivers in the NFL.

Stefon Diggs, Josh Allen, and the Buffalo Bills will look to repeat and expound upon their success from last season. An argument could be made that they are primed for a Super Bowl run as they have one season left before they have to pay Josh Allen like the superstar quarterback he is. Sometimes, that last season with a star QB on his rookie contract is the best year for a team to compete for a championship. Brandon Beane will have to build a team around his superstars in order to capitalize on this season, but the Bills are ready to be the kings of the NFL.
