Another adjustment is in line for the Golden State Warriors after the return of superstar forward Kevin Durant.

Stephen Curry, who's led the way for the team after an awful 2-5 stretch, shared his thoughts on having his teammate back in the starting lineup.

“It's great to have KD back,” Curry told CBS analyst Lisa Leslie. “We wanna obviously be as close to full strength as possible going into the playoffs. He's been working hard to get back and we've been trying to hold the fort down and keep pushing in his absence and we've done a great job at that.

“Everything should be clicking as we head into this weekend, I'm just looking to get the playoff started.”

The Warriors will likely have to make small adjustment to make a seamless transition, as the team had won 13 straight games prior to him rejoining the rotation — now riding a one game skid after Monday's loss to the Utah Jazz.

“There's certain play calls that we call for him to get him in certain scoring spots. Obviously we have to use his scoring ability and his talent — but the things that we've been doing in his absence, the ball movement, running a little more pick-and-roll, just trying to get the ball hopping from side to side.

“It sounds crazy to say it, but KD should fit right into what we've been doing.”

Durant is an explosive offensive talent, but more than anything, Golden State should favor from his ability to draw fouls and make a broken play into a potential scoring one due to his unmatched one-on-one prowess.

The 2014 MVP has shown some growing pains shooting the three in his last two games back from injury, going a feeble o-for-9 during the stretch.

He's averaging 16 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists during his two games back, making most of the difference on the rebounding end, a point of emphasis for coach Steve Kerr.
