Stephen Curry isn't just breaking records on the basketball court. He's also breaking records when it pertains to merchandise.

The Golden State Warriors guard's merchandise sales on NBAStore.com increased by more than 250 percent in the last year, setting a new NBA record according to CSNBayArea.com.

When you think of what Curry and the Warriors have done in the past year alone, it isn't hard to comprehend why the 28-year-old's popularity has skyrocketed since this time last year. Not only did Curry lead the Warriors to a championship, he also led them to a 73-9 record in 2016, breaking the previous single-season wins mark set by the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls.

The sharpshooter also shattered the three-point field goals mark by converting on 402 treys this season. For the 2015-16 season, Curry shot better than 50 percent from the field, 45 percent from the three-point line and 90 percent from the free-throw line.

The question isn't whether Curry will win the 2015-16 MVP award, it's will he be a unanimous winner?

Considering Curry won't be slowing down any time soon, it will be interesting to see how much his popularity increases if the Warriors repeat as champions in June.
