Game 7 of the NBA Finals was an epic match-up between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors that went down to the wire. After the Cavs came out on top with the NBA Championship, it sealed one of the biggest collapses in Finals history from the Warriors. Since the series ended, Stephen Curry has not watched Game 7 only until about a week ago. After watching the game for the first time, Curry revealed that he uses the footage for motivation.

On Saturday, Curry told ESPN's Darren Rovell:

“I was a little mad at myself and getting back into the grind of working out for next season. I think (watching Game 7) was a good motivator to get back into the gym and keep working.”

Curry also addressed the backlash that his wife Ayesha Curry received for her controversial tweets:

“Since the Finals, you can get wrapped up in the backlash, if you will, of what happened. I'm not going to be a prisoner of the moment and get sensitive and whatnot, and I don't think (Ayesha) is either. It is what it is, but we enjoy just being ourselves. There's nothing other than that. Social media is a great way to share what's going on and have fun with your life.”
