Golden State Warriors’ power forward Draymond Green won’t be hitting the road, for the time being, head coach Steve Kerr confirms.

In a tweet by Anthony Slater of The Atlantic, Kerr disclosed that while Draymond Green had a “ramped up” workout earlier this morning, he’s ultimately been ruled out for the Warriors' next three games against the Atlanta Hawks, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Milwaukee Bucks.

No thanks to a sprained toe on his right foot, Green has already sat out the team’s past eight games.
This is the second blow to the Warriors’ lineup over the past few days. The first one came courtesy of center Damian Jones, who suffered a torn left pectoral muscle during the team’s game against the Detroit Pistons on Saturday, December 1. Jones, who will likely require surgery, may very well be out for the rest of the season.

Draymond Green, who previously said that he didn’t want to rush back into the game after his injury, was also suspended by the team for their previous game against the Hawks thanks to his role in an on-court argument with teammate Kevin Durant.

Draymond Green may be able to return to the court on December 10, when the Warriors play against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
