This year's class of rookies in the NBA on Friday afternoon took part in the Panini Rookie card photo shoot.

During the event, Phoenix Suns rookie forward Josh Jackson debuted the Under Armour Drive 4 Low sneakers that were snapped by the league's Twitter account. It didn't take long for his footwear to become a prominent topic on social media due to a small tear in the material of the shoe.

Although it's a minor blip in the shoe's material, it doesn't shine a positive light on Under Armour by raising questions about the quality of the shoe. At the same time, Dallas Mavericks rookie point guard Dennis Smith Jr. donned an entirely different colorway to the same shoe that displayed no issues whatsoever with the material.

It's likely a minor mistake to the shoe that the company made on the pair that was made in an obvious spot. Of course, it was jumped all over upon by many of those nitpicky fans on social media that pay close attention to every detail.

Jackson had inked an endorsement deal with Under Armour earlier this summer prior to the 2017 NBA Draft. Smith Jr. had also agreed to a similar contract to represent the company this upcoming season.
