Phoenix Suns star Chris Paul has had an incredible playoff run, but he was absolutely dreadful in Wednesday's 109-103 Game 4 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Finals. Paul only had 10 points on 5-of-13 shooting to go along with seven assists, five turnovers and four rebounds in the defeat, and his brutal turnover in the final minute with the Suns down two was unfortunately the perfect capper to a giant turd of a performance.

Making Paul's turnover even worse was that it was a live-ball one, resulting in a Jrue Holiday steal and a Khris Middleton bucket on the other end to make it a four-point game with 27.2 seconds to play:

After Devin Booker missed a driving layup on the other end, that was that for the game.

For any Los Angeles Clippers fans watching the game, this was a familiar sight. If you recall, CP3 and the Clippers blew a seven-point lead in the final minute of Game 5 of their second-round series against the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2014. Paul had two costly turnovers during that collapse, and the Clippers wound up losing that series in six games:

The Suns are hoping history doesn't repeat itself here. Phoenix led this series 2-0 and now it's tied up at 2-2 with things shifting back to the desert. Milwaukee is feeling those Bucks in 6 vibes right now, so CP3 needs to clean things up (he also had another costly turnover minutes earlier) and make sure this doesn't turn into a full-blown collapse.

Given how these playoffs have gone, it wouldn't be a surprise to see a Chris Paul masterpiece in Game 5, even with Jrue Holiday constantly harassing him. CP3 has delivered time and time again for the Suns this postseason, and it's time for him to step up to the plate again after coming up small in Game 4.
