Phoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton was a guest on The Woj Pod with ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, and he talked about Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green's comments regarding Devin Booker.

Last week on TNT's “Inside the NBA,” Green said Booker should leave the Suns. Adam Silver and Co. hit the Warriors swingman with a $50,000 fine, and the Suns' Twitter account trolled Green as well.

Ayton, who is in his second season with the Suns, said Green's comment was just your typical “outside noise.”

Via Drew Shiller of NBC Sports Bay Area:

“We definitely heard that noise. It was promoted everywhere,” the Suns center said about Draymond Green and his Devin Booker comment.

“It's just outside noise. Book is a dude who really maintains focus, and he just wants to win. He's a competitor at the highest peak there is in this league. It's contagious. Seeing how he plays out there every day — it just spreads. Him and I being the head honchos leading, so any noise like that is nonexistent to me.”

Booker has established himself as one of the best shooting guards in the NBA. His talent has been on full display down in Orlando, Florida, and the Suns have a chance to make the 2020 playoffs. However, they need some help in order for that to happen.

Booker entered Monday averaging 26.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game for the Suns. He signed a five-year extension with Phoenix before the start of the 2018-19 season.
