Deandre Ayton was the star of the show in the Phoenix Suns Game 2 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers as the youngster slammed home the game-winner to give them a 2-0 series lead. Many athletes showed their support of Ayton, and Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins– who also has a flair for the dramatic– Tweeted out a message for Ayton.

Hopkins had a phenomenal catch against the Buffalo Bills that ended up winning the game in November of last season.

So yeah, Hopkins knows how it feels and the Cardinals fans went wild. As for Ayton's game-winner, the Suns fans went nuts as they captured a 2-0 series lead.

It must be something about Arizona AND the Deandre name, although one is spelled a bit differently. The Suns now are in a prime position to capture a trip to the NBA Finals. With a 2-0 lead, a pair of wins will get them there, and Suns fans have been waiting for that for quite some time.

As for the Cardinals, they have everybody buzzing about their squad, as JJ Watt made his way over from the Houston Texans and the Cardinals have a legitimate shot to make a deep playoff run when September rolls around.
