The Phoenix Suns host the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday and Suns star shooting guard Devin Booker is questionable to play.

Booker is dealing with a left big toe sprain.  He left practice early on Thursday to get treatment, per Gina Mizell of The Athletic.

Booker played 32 minutes on Monday against the Miami Heat. He finished with 20 points and nine assists while shooting 6-of-16 from the floor.

The Suns are 12-50 on the season, 15th place in the Western Conference standings. They snapped a 17-game losing streak on Monday by defeating the Heat.

In 47 games this season for Phoenix, Devin Booker is averaging 24.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 6.7 assists per contest. The 22-year-old is shooting 45.7 percent from the field, 32.6 percent from beyond the arc and 85.2 percent from the free-throw line.

The Suns are 9-38 when Booker is in the lineup and 12-50 overall on the season. It's been yet another brutal season in Phoenix, who currently has the worst record in the NBA.

Knowing Booker, he'll try and give it a go on Friday against the Pelicans. The scoring guard is a tough player and loves to play even though his team is awful.

The Suns' brain trust has to surround Booker with more talent this summer.
