Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker suffered a strained left adductor injury in the fourth quarter of a 126-113 defeat to the Toronto Raptors. After scoring 84 points in his previous two games combined, Booker finally cooled off as he had just 19 points 4-of-15 shooting before exiting with injury.

After the game, Booker was reportedly seen leaving the Toronto airport in a wheelchair and holding crutches.

Booker’s injury seemed significant at the time seeing as he had to be helped off the court by his teammate, although the wheelchair and crutches could be more of a precautionary measure. The question now will be whether Booker misses time — and if so, how much.

With their grueling six-game road trip finally over, the Suns will play the next two games at home against the Washington Wizards on Thursday and the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday.

If Booker does miss out for multiple games, it’ll obviously be a huge blow for the Suns, who have needed big scoring games from him in order for the team to even be competitive.

But with the Suns going nowhere this season, they will likely opt to err on the side of caution with their young star and avoid rushing him back.
