Phoenix Suns swingman Josh Jackson appears to be in more legal trouble right now following reports that he inadvertently got his 4-month-old girl high on marijuana.

A copy of Jackson's court documents have been released, and it details the disturbing accusations against him:

What makes this even more troublesome is the fact that these recent allegations follow a well-documented bout with local law enforcement in an earlier incident at a music festival in Florida.

Jackson's attorney Monica Kim released a statement in response to the report:

“Josh Jackson categorically denies these defamatory and deeply upsetting allegations. He would never endanger the well-being of his daughter or any other child. Period. We look forward to clearing Josh’s name as swiftly as possible and continuing to pursue justice for his daughter. ”

In his second year in the league with the Suns last season, the 6-foot-8 wing saw a slight dip in his production compared to his rookie campaign. Jackson averaged 11.5 points (on 41.3 percent shooting), 4.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.7 blocks, and 2.2 turnovers in 25.2 minutes per contest.

The former fourth overall pick has not exactly been able to live up to the high expectations bestowed upon him, which is one reason why his name has been included in several trade rumors. However, his recent legal trouble makes a trade harder to pull off, which leaves the Suns in quite a dilemma as to how they intend to deal with Jackson's issues on and off the court.
