The Suns aren't doing well this season, and according to a new report, there's only one person to blame: owner Robert Sarver and his style.

According to ESPN, the Suns' front office is reportedly “messy” and “dysfunctional,” and the team has no one to blame for that but Sarver.

Apparently, Sarver has developed a reputation for being brash, rude, and dispensing unsolicited advice. He also has become known for interrupting dinners to dispense advice, barging into players' locker rooms to scream at them, and generally making a fool of himself.

This has caused the team to shift their focus from doing the game to performing damage control, and they have no one to blame but Robert Sarver.

But ESPN says that this is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg. And Sarver says that the team is floundering because it's they who aren't used to him and his “successful” method of running things, not the other way around.

“The organization hasn't functioned to the level of mine or our fans' expectations, and that's on me to change. If I look back, at times I've tried to use a formula I've used in business where I've hired younger folks and tried to mentor them. In my other business, that's been successful. But in this business, I've sometimes underestimated the challenges of the management responsibilities in today's NBA and the experience level it takes to do that.”

But it doesn't look like Robert Sarver is going anywhere any time soon, so it looks like everyone is just going to have to deal with the “messiness” and “dysfunction.”
