It's never too early for mock draft's and ESPN has released their latest one, it shows Luka Doncic going number one overall to the Phoenix Suns.

The Suns currently have the worst record in the NBA, but just by a slim margin as the Nets, Magic, Hawks, Grizzlies, Kings and Mavericks are all within a game or two of the Suns' current record.

The Suns and the Atlanta Hawks are tied for the best odds right now to get the number one overall pick sitting at 18-41.

Doncic is an 18-year old guard/forward who is dominating Euroleague competition. He is currently listed at 6-foot-8 and 225 pounds. With his big build though, he has the handles of a point guard and could play almost any position on the floor.

He also is a guy good for playing under the bright lights. He seems to save his biggest games for his best competition and some are considering him the best player overseas.

One knock on him is on the defensive side of the floor. He might not be able to guard some of the best athletes that the NBA has to offer, but his struggles on the defensive side might be shadowed by just how good he is on the offensive side of the floor.

He would be a perfect fit for the Suns, because of how many different positions he can play. The Suns already have Devin Booker at shooting guard, and Elfrid Payton at point guard, but he would have no problem playing more than one position on the court.

In terms of the rest of this mock draft, even with Trae Young's struggles as of late for the Oklahoma Sooners they still have him going seventh to the Memphis Grizzlies.

If he can get his head back on, and get some confidence back on his shot, that would be a perfect fit for a team that is desperate for some production from deep.

Of course, the mock drafts will change 100 times before the actual draft is here, but is fun to dream and speculate about who your favorite team is going to get.
