The Phoenix Suns reportedly don't have any interest in trading for Philadelphia 76ers second-year combo guard Markelle Fultz, according to John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 98.7.

Markelle Fultz has been diagnosed with Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, an injury that affects nerves between the neck and shoulder resulting in abnormal functional movement and range of motion. The Sixers have announced that Fultz will be out indefinitely as he rehabs the injury.

The Suns have been trying to acquire a point guard ever since July, but it doesn't appear they want to deal with the drama that comes with Markelle Fultz and his shoulder injury.

In 19 games this season for the Sixers, Markelle Fultz is averaging 8.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.1 assists while shooting 41.9 percent from the field, 28.6 percent from beyond the arc, and 56.8 percent from the free-throw line. He has a nasty hitch in his shot and his free-throw routine is just as ugly, and now we know why.

There have been rumors that the Sixers want to part ways with Fultz. The Suns and Los Angeles Lakers are rumored to be discussing a Trevor Ariza trade that would need to involve a third team. Philadelphia could potentially get involved and acquire Lakers shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, while Ariza would go to Los Angeles and Fultz would head to Phoenix.

However, based on this report, looks like the Suns are going to pass on the Markelle Fultz experiment.
