Chris Paul and Devin Booker are already training together just one day after the Phoenix Suns acquired CP3 from the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Suns traded Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque, Kelly Oubre Jr., Ricky Rubio and a 2022 first-round pick for Paul, unarguably one of the best point guards in NBA history.

With Devin Booker, Chris Paul and big man Deandre Ayton leading the way, the Suns are in prime position to make the playoffs next season for the first time since 2010. All those rumors about Booker wanting out of Phoenix can be squashed, too, as the All-Star shooting guard has to be thrilled about having Paul by his side in the desert.

Paul will be playing for his third different team in the last three years. He was on the Houston Rockets in 2018-19 and the Thunder last season.

Despite no longer being in the prime of his career, Paul is still one of the top players in the league. He averaged 17.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 6.7 assists per game for OKC while shooting 48.9 percent from the field, 36.5 percent from beyond the arc and 90.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Everyone in the NBA already knows how special of a talent Booker is. The 24-year-old put up 26.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.5 assists a night for the Suns in 2019-20, all while shooting 48.9 percent overall, 35.4 percent from the 3-point line and 91.9 percent from the charity stripe.

Suns fans finally have something to celebrate about. It is certainly going to be fun to watch Phoenix play in 2020-21.
