Phoenix Suns guard Chris Paul was recently challenged by his son, Chris Paul Jr., to a free-throw shooting competition. Paul warned his son that it wouldn't go well for him, and the All-Star savagely showed him what's up.

CP3 documented it all on video:

Though the younger Paul made a valiant effort in trying to best his dad in the competition, CP3 let his perfect form and fundamentals do all of the talking. Paul Jr. admitted to “capping” as his father made it known that dad has the best free-throw percentage in the family. With an 87.0% mark from the charity stripe for his career, CP3 is a sniper from the line, leaving his son helpless against that kind of marksmanship.

Chris Paul, one of the best to play the game at the point guard position, was traded to the Phoenix Suns from the Oklahoma City Thunder this past offseason after leading the Thunder to a surprise playoff appearance. Though Paul's tenure with the Thunder was short-lived, he let his game do all of the talking, displaying his leadership abilities to the NBA universe on an underdog team that many didn't see making the playoffs.

Taking his impeccable free-throw form with him to Phoenix, Paul has teamed up with the talented Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton. CP3 will be making his official Suns debut on Wednesday night against the Dallas Mavericks.

Young Chris Paul Jr. has a lot to learn from his father about the art of the free throw. Losing to pops by a wide margin is only the beginning for the youngster, as his rise to the top begins with sinking more than four free throws in a row.
