The Phoenix Suns have surprised the basketball world with their undefeated record through the first six seeding games in Orlando, Florida. On Tuesday, the organization produced an emotional surprise for their players.

Ahead of the Tuesday's match-up with the Philadelphia 76ers, the Suns' starting lineup was announced virtually by family members of the starters.

As soon as the players recognized what was happening, the team clearly became excitedly engaged in the introductions and which family member(s) were going to announce each ensuing starter. The Suns mobbed rookie Cam Johnson after his family members popped up to introduce the 24-year old in unison.

For point guard Ricky Rubio, a slew of family and friends — with at least, if not all, recording from his native Spain — combined to say “at guard, 6'3 from Spain, number 11…Ricky Rubio!” in montage form.

A young fan of Devin Booker finished off the intros for the players before the family (and very good dog) of Monty Williams announced the head coach.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James took notice of the intros and praised the gesture.

At time of tip-off, the red-hot Suns (32-39) trailed the Memphis Grizzlies (33-38) by one game for the West's no. 8 seed, with the Portland Trail Blazers (33-39) and San Antonio Spurs (32-38) slightly ahead of Phoenix, too.

Whichever team ends up in the nine hole will have a chance to play the eight seed in a play-in tournament, requiring the lower seed to win both games of a back-to-back to qualify for the postseason and face the Lakers in the opening round.
