Recent changes in T1's coaching staff was received with mixed emotions by T1 fans. Now, T1 seems to be earning the good graces of their fans again. By acquiring Keria, T1 may have just solidified the strongest bottom lane in the LCK. The new support replaces T1's Choi “Kuri” Won-yeong, who played with the team for less than a year before deciding to leave.

Ryu “Keria” Min-seok will be joining T1 for the upcoming season. He's considered to be one of the best support players in the world right now. Keria's stats don't lie – for Spring Split 2020, he led supports in KDA and kill participation. He had 401 assists in the league.

Keria is joining the bottom lane with T1's star marksman, Park “Teddy” Jin-seong. They form a deadly combination in the bottom lane, which should make it hard for their opponents to dominate in the early game.

A new beginning for Keria

Keria moving to T1 will definitely improve T1's chances. The support prodigy helped his former team, DRX, have consistent finishes in the Spring and Summer splits of 2020. He also helped DRX reach the Worlds stage. However, when they set foot in the playoffs, they immediately lost to eventual champions DAMWON Gaming.
