The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will aim to get back on track against the Miami Dolphins. Tampa Bay hasn't looked the best the past two games and should be able to right the ship versus Miami. It's time to continue our NFL predictions series with a Buccaneers Week 5 prediction.

This is likely going to be a long game for the Dolphins. The Buccaneers are going to stuff the run and with Richard Sherman in the secondary now, the pass defense could steadily improve. Miami hasn't looked great since Tua Tagovailoa fell to injury, so we should see Tampa Bay control the game throughout.

Even so, the Buccaneers have to find a way to get the run game going. Better proficiency out of the backfield is only going to help this franchise. Bruce Arians may switch things up and give Ronald Jones more opportunities. The passing game should be on full display and Mike Evans could be the main beneficiary. Meanwhile, Tom Brady will look to work his magic against an old rival. With that said, here are four bold Buccaneers Week 5 predictions versus the Dolphins.

Buccaneers Week 5 Predictions

4. Buccaneers defense shuts out the Dolphins

It's been rough for the Dolphins recently and it's not letting up in Week 5. The Buccaneers aim to prove they have an elite defense. Miami is unlikely to get the ball moving on the ground. Additionally, with Tua Tagovailoa on the IR for one more week, the passing attack may suffer as well. Look for Tampa Bay to put the clamps on Miami and shut them out throughout the game.

3. Ronald Jones finally serves as the starting running back

For whatever reason, Bruce Arians refuses to play Ronald Jones even though he looks like the best running back on the roster. Leonard Fournette has been less than impressive and Jones tends to do well with his limited touches.

If the Buccaneers hope to repeat and win another Super Bowl, they have to become more efficient in running the ball. Ronald Jones has the talent to be a solid starting running back. Due to the Dolphins struggling defense, maybe we'll finally see Ronald Jones carry the workload out of the Bucs' backfield.

2. Mike Evans dominates with 100+ yards and 2 touchdowns

The Dolphins have a decent secondary but they've been exploited recently. On top of that, Mike Evans is a mismatch nightmare and should be in for a big performance on Sunday. With Rob Gronkowski unlikely to play, the Buccaneers will need to prioritize their red-zone targets towards Mike Evans. Tampa Bay's wide receiver trio should be on full display in this matchup.

1. Tom Brady bounces back with a massive 4 touchdown performance

Tom Brady didn't look his best as Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots slowed him down. It was his first game where he didn't record a touchdown so far this season. The GOAT is bound to bounce back with a huge performance on Sunday. Expect to see Tom Brady deliver several touchdowns against the Dolphins as he'll want to shake off his poor performance from Week 4. If so, this game might be over before it even gets started.
