The Tennessee Titans Week 17 matchup against the Miami Dolphins looks to be a spectacular contest. Both teams are in the playoff hunt, but Tennessee has a chance to clinch the AFC South on Sunday. We take a look at this Titans-Dolphins game with some of our Titans Week 17 predictions in mind.

Tennessee's defense has been the real deal lately but will be tested against the Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa and Jaylen Waddle have become a dangerous duo. So, if the Titans hope to clinch a spot in the playoffs in Week 17, they need to focus on slowing down Miami's young stars.

Offensively, the Titans haven't been all that great. They've been rather sporadic, but most of that is contributed to the number of injuries on the roster. Regardless, this is an important matchup and the offense needs to show up. Look for D'Onta Foreman to have another solid outing. Meanwhile, Ryan Tannehill aims for the ultimate revenge game, which greatly benefits AJ Brown.

With that said, here are four bold Titans Week 17 predictions for their game against the Dolphins.

Titans Week 17 Predictions

4. Titans defense locks down Tua Tagovailoa and Jaylen Waddle

Tua Tagovailoa has proven to be a reliable quarterback for the Miami Dolphins. He just needed time to develop and should be a solid franchise player for this organization. Additionally, Jaylen Waddle looks to be the next big star in the NFL. For the Titans, the defense must lock these two down at all cost.

Miami is on a winning streak for a reason. They've come together and have fought back into playoff contention. However, look for the Titans to get aggressive on defense. We should see the pass rush on full display as Tennessee will do everything necessary to bother Tagovailoa.

3. D'Onta Foreman proves he deserves a role in Tennessee next year

With Derrick Henry out, D'Onta Foreman has come out of nowhere to lead the Titans rushing attack. He's not a long-term replacement, but Foreman has played well enough to where Tennessee should consider bringing him back next season. Having someone available to take the load off would do wonders for Henry.

Look for the Titans' run game to continue to be heavily involved. The Dolphins rush defense looked solid in Week 16, as they shut down Alvin Kamara. Even so, Foreman has a real chance at making some noise on Sunday.

2. Ryan Tannehill dominates Miami with a spectacular revenge game

This is the first time Ryan Tannehill will face the Dolphins since leaving Miami. It's the ultimate revenge game for the Titans quarterback, as he's been a great leader in Tennessee since his arrival. Between Tannehill facing his former team and a playoff berth on the line, look for a big performance from Tannehill in Week 17.

1. AJ Brown goes ballistic for 125+ yards and 3 touchdowns

AJ Brown came off the IR and made an immediate impact on the offense. He provided the spark that's been missing in Tennessee the last several weeks. His return is massive for the Titans as the roster is getting healthy just at the right time. With so much at stake, Tannehill is likely to throw the ball to Brown often, which should generate a big day. Although the Dolphins have a solid defense, AJ Brown may prove to be too much to handle for Miami.
