The Tennessee Titans take on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday in a heated AFC South divisional matchup. Tennessee is coming off a comeback win over the Seattle Seahawks and has a chance to take an early 2-1 lead in the AFC South. It's time to continue our NFL predictions series with a Titans Week 3 prediction.

The Titans defense struggled against the Arizona Cardinals and in the first half of the Seahawks game. However, they buckled down and nearly shut Seattle down in the second half. This defense is young and filled with new faces, so it's expected for them to struggle in the early portion of the season. However, if they can carry momentum into this contest against the Colts, the Titans have a great chance to run away with this game.

Tennessee is one of the best in the league offensively. They looked a bit slow at first but came alive in the second half against the Seahawks. Look for that to carry over to their next game. AJ Brown struggled in Week 2, but he should be able to bounce back. Additionally, Ryan Tannehill has been the most consistent player on the Titans, so he should continue that trend on Sunday. Lastly, Tennessee will lean on Derrick Henry once again. With that said, here are four bold Titans Week 3 predictions versus the Colts.

Titans Week 3 Predictions

4. Titans defense completely shuts down the Colts

After allowing 24 points in the first half, the Titans only allowed the Seahawks to score a measly six points. The defense stepped its game up in a huge way, bottling up DK Metcalf throughout the entire game. They now go up against a Colts team who might not have their starting quarterback under center. This game could get ugly quickly if the Titans' defense locks the Colts down from the jump.

3. AJ Brown bounces back in a big way

He didn't quite look like himself in Week 2. AJ Brown had multiple drops on the day and couldn't reel in anything when his team needed him. Luckily the rest of the Titans offense looked stellar, so this is an issue Brown must figure out himself. AJ Brown is known to turn things around almost immediately after a tough game. He's in store for a big day against Indianapolis as he and Julio Jones should feast on the Colts' mediocre secondary.

2. Ryan Tannehill maintain his hot streak

Ryan Tannehill has been a bright spot on the offense so far. He's throwing accurate passes and seems to have developed a chemistry with Julio Jones rather quickly. Between Tannehill's hot hand and the insane amount of talent around him, Tennessee looks to be in good shape entering their Week 3 matchup. Be ready for another big performance out of the Titans quarterback, as Tannehill hopes to continue playing at a high level.

1. Derrick Henry goes beast mode yet again

After the Titans were routed by the Cardinals in Week 1, Derrick Henry put the team on his back and carried them to a huge win over the Seahawks (and the refs for that matter). Henry has been so dominant that it's not even surprising anymore when he completely takes over a game. It's now the expectation.

King Henry goes up against a rather sturdy Colts defense that's built to slow down the run. Even so, Tennessee should prove to be too much to handle as Derrick Henry is primed for another big performance.
