The Houston Texans are poised to have wide receiver Keke Coutee back on board for their Week 14 matchup against the Chicago Bears after dealing with a knee injury. On the flip side, another pass-catcher in Brandin Cooks continues to deal with foot and back issues and is not expected to suit up for the team in today's game, per NFL Network‘s Ian Rapoport.

Both receivers came to play in their most recent encounter against the Indianapolis Colts back in Week 13 proceedings. Coutee previously had a breakout performance with 141 yards on eight receptions while Cooks generated 65 yards on five catches to banner the team's receiving department in the game.

The Texans looked well on their way to snagging their fifth win of the season if not for a late-game fumble. The game eventually slipped out of the Texans' hands with the Colts running away with the 26-20 victory.

With a 4-8 record and third in the AFC South division, the Texans are looking down and out of contention for a spot in the 2020 NFL Playoffs. They will also be concluding their two-year reign as divisional champions with both the Colts and the Tennessee Titans currently jockeying for the top spot.

The Texans are hoping to avoid another crucial turnover as they aim to get back in the win column and close out the remainder of the season on a positive note. The game certainly won't come easy as they are facing a Bears squad that is having linebacker Khalil Mack back on the lineup and is hungry for a win after going through an ongoing six-game losing skid.
