Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is facing allegations of sexual assault amid his ongoing trade drama with the team. On Tuesday night, Tony Buzbee, an attorney from Buzbee Law Firm who is representing the alleged victim, proceeded to file a lawsuit against Watson for a reported sexual assault case.

Deshaun Watson was quick to respond to the swirling rumors on Twitter, sending out a message denying his involvement and saying he's looking forward to clearing his name. He claimed that he hasn't seen the complaint yet but insisted that he treats women with the utmost respect:

According to Buzbee, the 25-year-old quarterback received a massage from the alleged victim and eventually “went too far,” per FOX 26 Houston‘s Isiah Carey.

People must not be quick to rush to any type of judgments in this Deshaun Watson case given the lack of information. A Texans teammate did express his disbelief:

Some also pointed out a link between this attorney and Texans ownership:

This doesn't necessarily mean anything, though, and people should be patient and wait to see more facts come out.

This is just the latest chapter in Deshaun Watson's saga in Houston. The star quarterback still wants a trade, but the Texans have insisted they will not trade the disgruntled star despite his frustrations with the team.

Amid all this uncertainty, Houston reportedly inked former Los Angeles Chargers gunslinger Tyrod Taylor to a one-year, $12.5 million contract.
