Near the end of Saturday's game versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Deshaun Watson was seen reaching towards his lower leg. Luckily for the Houston Texans, Watson says his heel is ‘doing good' after Houston's big win, per Avery Duncan.

The Texans' quarterback seemed to have sustained the injury following a run that he had in the fourth quarter. Despite being examined in the medical tent on the sideline, Watson didn't miss a single play for the Texans. In Saturday's contest, he didn't exactly have his best game of the season by any means. He completed 19 of his 32 attempts for 184 yards, zero touchdowns, and an interception.

At the least, Watson was able to garner 37 yards with his legs to help the Texans win the game. With the narrow victory over the Buccaneers, Houston has clinched the AFC South title with a 10-5 record. Above all, it appears that his injury on Saturday isn't going to keep him from suiting up in Week 17. Therefore, fans in Houston can take a huge sigh of relief with their quarterback avoiding a serious injury.

This season, Watson has combined for 3,842 passing yards, 26 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. The Clemson product has also rushed for 413 yards and another seven touchdowns on the ground. If the playoffs began today, the Texans would be positioned as the fourth seed in the AFC playoff picture.

There's still a chance that Houston could improve to the third seed if the New England Patriots lose on Saturday night. Depending on the outcome of that game, the Texans could choose to rest Watson in Week 17 to avoid further injury.
