One look at J.J Watt's Instagram page, and it's clear that the Houston Texans star has been crushing the offseason workouts. Watt won't go as far as saying he crushed his conditioning test though.

Chris Mortenson reported on NFL Live that Watt had crushed his conditioning test, and it made Watt wonder exactly how Mortenson knew that.

Watt joked asking if Mort was hanging out in the bushes spying on the team.

Watt also confirmed in the Tweet that he does feel phenomenal but he hasn't even had a full practice first and everything needs to be taken one day at a time.

Watt has always been an offseason warrior however it hasn't resulted in him staying on the field the last couple years. Last year, he spent only five games on the field and the year before that he only played three.

Back in May Watt told reporters how he performed in training camp would ultimately decide how well the offseason training went.

“I feel great,” Watt said via Texas Wire. “I feel very good. I mean, I’m not going to put any percentages on it or anything. Like I said earlier in the off-season, I could tell you I’m feeling unbelievable (or) I could tell you I’m feeling super (bad) – you won’t know until I hit the field. Just show up to training camp, watch how I play and then you can decide for yourself how I look.”

The Texans have high hopes and having Watt healthy is going to be essential if they want to reach their goals.
