Houston Texans coach Bill O'Brien has received some heat for some of his moves since he took over control of player personnel, and although one NFL league executive doesn't agree with all of his moves, he does respect his hustle.

This offseason has been quite eventful for the Texans. O'Brien traded away wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins to the Arizona Cardinals, and there were many around the league who thought they could have received a better return.

To try and replace Hopkins, the team signed Randall Cobb for $9 million a year. There have also been rumors swirling that extension talks with Laremy Tunsil haven't gone well. If they can't find a way to keep him happy after trading away two first-round picks for his services, that is a big problem.

“Do I agree with the moves he's made? No!” one exec said via Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. “But one thing I can respect is that he's doing it his way. He will not go down due to moves made by anybody else.”

Even if some of the moves aren't the smartest, there is no doubt that O'Brien is going to go down swinging and try to do everything in his power to do what he thinks is best for the team.

With the moves made, O'Brien better hope they work out because there is extra pressure on him now. If the wide receiver depth is lacking this season, there are going to be a lot of questions heading O'Brien's way about how he handled the offseason.
