Los Angeles Lakers big man Mike Muscala has agreed to a deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder. However, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Thunder will be Muscala's fourth team in his career. The 6-foot-11 biog man was the 44th overall pick by the Dallas Mavericks in 2013, but he was traded to the Atlanta Hawks on draft night. He spent four seasons with the Hawks before getting traded to the Philadelphia 76ers and then the Lakers.

So far in his career, the 28-year-old averaged 5.7 points and 3.3 rebounds across 15.9 minutes per game. He's also shooting at 46.8 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from deep.

Muscala, given his ability to knock down shots from deep, will give the Thunder solid floor spacing. As such, it'll provide Russell Westbrook and Paul George enough room to operate.

Though the Thunder have been perennial playoff contenders, they haven't found much success in the past few years. They've easily qualified for the postseason for the past four years, but they have been booted out in the first round in the last three.

Given that they don't have enough cap space to navigate through the this summer's free agency, analysts don't expect the Thunder to make significant moves. Given this, they just might make little tweaks to their roster to improve it.
