Another day, another game decided by a blown call from the game officials. In the latest show of NBA referees’ incompetence, the officials working Friday’s game between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Oklahoma City Thunder failed to call an out-of-bounds infraction on Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, as he drove to the basket for the game-winning dunk.

The Bucks escaped with a 97-95 win, but they also clearly got away with what could have been a huge blunder late in the game. Thunder forward Paul George took to Twitter right after the game and questioned how it was possible for the referees to miss an obvious error on the part of Antetokounmpo.

This play happened just a few days after a questionable non-foul call on Kevin Durant on a driving play by LeBron James during a crucial moment of Monday’s showdown between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors.

If Antetokounmpo was called with a turnover, the Thunder could have at least forced the game to go into overtime. Instead, they saw their win streak end at six games. George and the Thunder will just look to pick themselves up on Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks at home.
