Amid rumors of a potential fallout after three one-and-done results in the last three postseasons, Oklahoma City Thunder point man Russell Westbrook was asked about his relationship with head coach Billy Donovan:

“It's been good,” said Westbrook during an end-of-season press conference, according to ESPN's Royce Young. “Me personally, I've never had a problem with Coach Donovan.”

This comes on the heels of a rumor that the Thunder are growing tired of Westbrook's off-the-court behavior, including his antics with the media, amid the war of silence with longtime columnist Berry Tramel, which has gone on for far too long.

Westbrook has put up career-high scoring numbers, broken the record books and made his way up the triple-double list among legends, yet all the Thunder have to show for it is 0-3 in the playoffs since he became the lone franchise player.

Westbrook wrapped up a near-17-minute exit interview with the media, being a lot more thoughtful and candid about several questions, including how he plays and his reputation:

Many have speculated that Westbrook could be past his prime and that it's time for the Thunder to rebuild around a different player, but there have been no signs coming from the organization that such a move is ready to be made.

Westbrook seems to be still feeling the pain from a 4-1 series elimination at the hands of Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers, one that is sure to humble a team that came in as the favorite to win, despite having the lower seed.
