Kevin Durant, whether you see him as a snake or as an MVP, is indubitably one of the biggest names in the NBA. A few days ago however, he made the news for other reasons.

The former MVP and leading scorer did this.

In his tweet, KD cited the current Oklahoma City Thunder coach and front office as some of the reasons for his departure.

“He [Kevin Durant] didn't like the organization or playing for Billy Donovan.”

Sam Presti, the general manager of the Thunder, was asked about Durant's comments at a press conference today, via Erik Horne. Instead of stooping down to the level of Durant, Presti took the high road.

“I, and no one from the Thunder, really has anything negative to say about Kevin Durant.”

Presti then went in the completely opposite direction to what most Thunder fans would have said and went on to praise Durant for his play with the Thunder.

“We have tremendous appreciation and respect for what he [KD] and his teammates and his coaches and everybody over his tenure here accomplished.”

It was amazing to see Presti not be bitter because he could have easily used this press conference as a chance to get back at Durant for essentially deserting his team at the end of the 2015-16 season.
