Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander just broke the hearts of the Los Angeles Lakers with a deep three-pointer from the logo. SGA knocked down a dagger bomb from 40-feet to keep the Lakers at bay as the Thunder completed another huge comeback against the Lakers.

Just last week, Gilgeos-Alexander and the Thunder came back from 26 points down to beat the Lakers and, on Thursday night, it was pretty much deja vu for Anthony Davis and his squad as the young OKC squad overcame a 19-point lead to grab another impressive 107-104 win over the 2020 champs.

SGA was cooking on Thursday night inside the Staples Center. His 28-point performance was capped off by this incredible shot from the Lakers' logo that struck a dagger to the heart of the entire city:

The Lakers had no answer for Shai all evening. Aside from 28 huge points, the young Thunder leader ended with six assists, three boards, a steal, and a block while knocking down four triples. LA, on the other hand, was again without LeBron James as the four-time MVP continues to nurse an abdominal injury.

The 23-year old has slowly been creeping up as one of the most underrated players in the league today. In just his fourth year in the NBA, SGA has slowly proven that he's a silent assassin and is more than capable to put a young team like OKC on his shoulders. Gilgeous-Alexander is poised for another huge season for the Thunder and shots like this only prove that he's more than ready to take the next step.
