Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams chimed in on the trending beef which is going on between Kevin Durant and Kendrick Perkins.

Adams believes Durant and Perkins are “bored” and have nothing better to do other than beef on Twitter for everyone to see:

Kevin Durant and Kendrick Perkins were supposedly close friends at one point. They were teammates on the Thunder as well. It's unclear what happened between the two or if they are just putting on a show for Twitter.

Steven Adams has bigger fish to try regardless. The Thunder center is trying to lead OKC to the playoffs in the Western Conference when everyone said they were going to be rebuilding after losing stars Russell Westbrook and Paul George this past summer.

In 35 games for the Thunder this season, Adams is averaging 12.0 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists. He's shooting 61.4 percent from the field and 56.5 percent from the free-throw line.

After defeating the Houston Rockets on Thursday, the Thunder are now 22-16 on the season, seventh place in the Western Conference standings. Chris Paul, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Dennis Schroder have been carrying OKC on offense, while Adams has been his usual stout self on defense and grabbing rebounds.

If would be a great story to see the Thunder in the playoffs after the roster turnover which occurred.
