NBA Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady thinks Oklahoma City Thunder star small forward Paul George has a torn labrum in his right shoulder.

George has been dealing with a shoulder ailment for the past few months and it's affected his jump shot.

McGrady had a torn labrum in his shoulder during his career and had to have surgery. The former scoring machine says it's a very painful injury.

“What I think he has is a torn labrum,” McGrady said on Tuesday's edition of ESPN's The Jump. “I've dealt with that before in my career and it is very painful. I had to have surgery and I was out for like four months. I think he's dealing with that.”

George hasn't shot the ball well from the 3-point line in quite some time for the Thunder.

The All-Star swingman shot 40.6 percent from beyond the arc before the All-Star break. His 3-point shooting dropped to 33.6 percent after the All-Star break.

The Thunder lost Game 1 to the Portland Trail Blazers. George shot just 8-of-24 from the field and 4-of-15 from beyond the arc. He finished with 26 points and 10 rebounds.

Obviously, George isn't going to have surgery now since the playoffs have already started.

However, it will be interesting to see if PG gets a procedure done in the offseason.
