By the looks of it, hard-hitting big man Steven Adams won't be joining the Carmelo Anthony fan club any time soon, as the Oklahoma City Thunder center was seen “liking” a comment from a Twitter user who dismissed Anthony as an important piece to the puzzle.

A Bleacher Report post asked who of the four pictured Thunder players (Adams, Anthony, Russell Westbrook, and Paul George) was more valuable to Oklahoma City, with Twitter user hair.model.jj replying “All of them except melo.”

This surely adds fuel to the fire, as Thunder fans have not been happy about his addition to the team, as he has struggled to adapt to a tertiary role after being the No. 1 option on offense for 14 years of his career.

Adams has been the consummate professional and has not said a bad word about any of his teammates, despite his often-blunt responses to the media over the years, making this all the more surprising.

Oklahoma City will have a tough time unloading the $28 million left in Anthony's contract for this 2018-19 season, given his feeble production last season in comparison to all the other 14 20-plus-point seasons in his career.
