Oklahoma City Thunder forward Paul George was feeling the love from hometown fans at the Staples Center on Thursday night. However, he was not much for reciprocating that love by performing one of the nastiest highlights of the night.

Although the Lakers grabbed a sizeable lead, George still managed to show out with a filthy crossover on shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope before finding center Steven Adams for the lob.

The Thunder had been severely undermanned without point guard Russell Westbrook and forward Carmelo Anthony for the evening. As a result, George was left to shoulder the workload all night for a mediocre supporting cast.

He managed to put up a solid stat line of 29 points, nine rebounds, and two steals. However, he largely struggled from the floor after going 11-of-25 en route to their blowout 106-81 loss. Although it may not have been his best night, Lakers fans made sure George felt as welcome as possible and for good reason

Aside from the uniforms, the Lakers were sporting a whole new look on Thursday without shooting guard Jordan Clarkson and power forward Larry Nance Jr. It is no secret that they had made those deals with the hope of competing with the Thunder for George's services this summer.

However, the five-time All-Star has done a solid job of playing coy on the subject thus far. Although he has given little indication about his future in Oklahoma City, George is clearly all in on this season being a determining factor come free agency.
