Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook dedicated his monster triple-double to Nipsey Hussle — the hip-hop superstar who recently passed away.

In their 119-103 win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, Westbrook finished with 20 points, 21 assists and 20 rebounds. After snagging his 20th rebound for the night, Westbrook roamed the court saying that his game is dedicated for the Grammy-nominated rapper.

In the post-game interview, he reiterated that he played the game not for himself, but for his brother. Nipsey Hussle was shot and killed outside his L.A. store on Sunday afternoon.

Right after news of the incident broke out, tons of NBA players including LeBron James and Stephen Curry offered their heartfelt message and expressed their grief.

Russell Westbrook is averaging 23.0 points, 10.4 assists and 11.0 rebounds per game this season. This is the third straight year that he's averaging a triple-double.

It was a big win for the Thunder who have moved up to seventh place in the Western Conference. They already qualified for the playoffs and will face either the Golden State Warriors or the Denver Nuggets in the first round.

Their last four games are against the Detroit Pistons, Minnesota Timberwolves, Houston Rockets and the Milwaukee Bucks.
